my time here is almost up,

i will be glad to go.

the future of unknown awaits me

years of recollected memories

of excitement, joy and laughter

now blurred like fogged panels. 

what was once an opportunity for happiness 

seemed like a chore.

eager anticipations turned into 

morose procrastinations.

the headaches outweighed

the smiles

so i will be glad to go

and start with renewed determination and

an open mind

i thank you for the time here but i 

have overstayed my intentions

so with the lessons learnt from here

i will be glad to go.
